SCS Sponsors Winning Team at PSU.......5/4/04
Strategic Communications Services, Inc. and Proxim recently sponsored a "Wireless Broadband Analysis" project
for students majoring in IST Consulting at Pennsylvania State University. The project required students to acquire
wireless broadband equipment, locate point-to-point sites, and install and monitor the network. Jashan Nirmul,
Adam Schulang, and Andrew Maun, three graduating seniors, participated in the project, which was monitored by
their instructor, Brian H. Cameron, Senior Technology Architect at the University. The SCS student team won
the "Best Use of Emerging Technology" prize in an end-of-semester competition among all student teams.
